The E Z Keys file you may download will run in demo mode unless you are already an authorized user of E Z Keys. If you have purchased an earlier version of E Z Keys, this file will update it to the most current version.

E Z Keys for Windows Update & Demo Installation for Windows 95/98 Only

1. Start Windows and put Disk 1 of the E Z Keys for Windows disks into your 3.5" floppy disk drive. (Please be sure that all Windows applications are closed *especially E Z Keys for Windows* before starting the installation.)

2. Click on "Start" in the lower left hand corner (WIN95).

3. Click on "Run".

4. Type "a:\setup" (where "a" is the drive letter of your 3.5" floppy disk drive and don't type the quotation marks) on the command line, and press the Enter key.

5. Click on "Standard" to do a standard installation.

6. When it asks you for Disk 2, insert Disk 2 of your E Z Keys for Windows disks into your disk drive, then click on "OK".

7. Next it will ask you if you want Windows to start E Z Keys for Windows automatically every time you start Windows. If your computer currently loads E Z Keys for Windows when you turn it on, or if E Z Keys for Windows automatically loads when you start Windows, or if you would like it to, click on "yes". Otherwise click on "no".

8. When you are asked for Disk 1, insert Disk 1 of your E Z Keys for Windows disks into your disk drive, then click on "OK".

9. Next, you can either read the introduction to E Z Keys for Windows by clicking on "View ReadMe"(this file has not been updated), run E Z Keys for Windows by clicking on "Run Now", or go back to the Program Manager or desktop by clicking on "Done". After you have made one of these selections, you may remove Disk 1 from your disk drive and the update installation will be complete.

Installation fails.--> Make sure that ALL programs are shut down including any Virus Protection software and network software before you run the installation.
